Hursey Seafoods, enjoy great views of the bay while dining on freshly caught seafood along with other food options. A must try is the Southern Rock Lobster.

Floating Sauna Lake Derby - perfect for sore muscles after spending the day cycling around the famous derby bike trails. This is a must book!
Bridestown Estate - Breathtaking lavender fields, best viewed in December & January
The Wall in the Wilderness - this amazing 100 metre sculpture by Greg Duncan is a must see when touring Tasmania, located at Derwent Bridge.
Little Blue Lake - this stunning turquoise man made lake is a tourist hot spot and is worth the drive.
Lilydale Falls - 2 cascading falls located in a reserve & only 25 mins drive from Launceston
Binalong Bay - a small coastal town located in the Bay of Fires area and only 11km from the closest town of St Helens. Staying in an authentic stone & timber cottage known as Sabi - we spent afternoons at The Hub a seaside bar with a view also serving wood fired pizzas and swam in the clear blue waters.
Gordon River Cruise - a must do when visiting Tasmania is a cruise down the Gordon River, a UNESCO World Heritage Area. This stunning wilderness was home to controversy in the ‘80’s when a dam was proposed (the Franklin Dam), which never got built becoming one of the most significant environmental campaigns in Australia. The Cruises leave from the charming town of Strahan. We stayed in a cute Fishermans shack - the Captain’s Rest
